These Terms of Service govern your use of fullastore.com and the services provided by Fulla Store (“Fulla”, “we”, “us”). Fulla Store operates from Alexandria, Egypt. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You are responsible for activity carried out through any account or contact details you use with the store.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, images, sizes, prices and availability are shown on the relevant product and checkout pages and may change. Please review the product details, quantities, delivery information and total shown before confirming an order. Order-specific information shown during checkout and in the order confirmation applies to that transaction. If we need to clarify an order, we may contact you using the details provided.

Payment, delivery and returns

Available payment methods, delivery areas, charges and estimated delivery information are presented during checkout or in your order confirmation. Payment services may be provided by third parties and may have their own terms. Store accounts and security

Keep your contact and delivery information accurate and protect any account credentials you use. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or order information has been used without authorization. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment-card details by email.

Social account connections and content

When an authorized Fulla Store administrator connects the store’s social account through a social publishing service such as Postiz, the administrator may use the available controls to prepare, upload as a draft, schedule or publish selected content. Only an administrator who has authority over the account and content should authorize or use this connection. The administrator may disconnect the channel or revoke its access through the relevant service or platform settings. TikTok and other platforms are separate services with their own terms and policies. Our handling of information from a connected TikTok account is described in the Privacy Policy.

Content and intellectual property

The website and its original text, designs, photographs, names and branding belong to Fulla or are used with permission. Do not copy, republish or use them commercially without permission. If you provide content for an order, inquiry or authorized social post, you must have the rights and permissions needed for that use and must not violate another person’s rights or applicable rules.

Third-party services and website availability

Some checkout, delivery, payment and social publishing features rely on third-party services. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We may update or temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

Applicable law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Egypt. Any mandatory consumer protections and rules about the competent authority or court continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

المنتجات والطلبات

تُعرض أوصاف المنتجات وصورها ومقاساتها وأسعارها ومدى توافرها في صفحات المنتجات وإتمام الطلب، وقد تتغير. يرجى مراجعة تفاصيل المنتج والكميات ومعلومات التوصيل والإجمالي الظاهر قبل تأكيد الطلب. تسري المعلومات الخاصة بالطلب كما ظهرت أثناء إتمامه وفي رسالة تأكيده. إذا احتجنا إلى توضيح، فقد نتواصل معك باستخدام البيانات التي قدمتها.

الدفع والتوصيل والإرجاع

حسابات المتجر وأمانها

حافظ على صحة بيانات التواصل والتوصيل واحمِ بيانات الدخول لأي حساب تستخدمه. تواصل معنا سريعًا إذا اعتقدت أن حسابك أو معلومات طلبك استُخدمت دون إذن. لا ترسل كلمات المرور أو رموز الوصول أو بيانات البطاقات عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

ربط الحسابات الاجتماعية والمحتوى

عندما يربط مسؤول مخول من Fulla Store حساب المتجر الاجتماعي من خلال خدمة لنشر المحتوى مثل Postiz، يمكنه استخدام الأدوات المتاحة لإعداد محتوى محدد أو رفعه كمسودة أو جدولته أو نشره. يجب أن يكون المسؤول مخولًا بإدارة الحساب والمحتوى. ويمكنه فصل القناة أو إلغاء صلاحية الوصول من الخدمة أو إعدادات المنصة المعنية. تيك توك والمنصات الأخرى خدمات مستقلة ولها شروط وسياسات خاصة بها. توضح سياسة الخصوصية كيفية تعاملنا مع المعلومات الواردة من حساب تيك توك المرتبط.

المحتوى والملكية الفكرية

يملك Fulla أو يستخدم بإذن النصوص والتصميمات والصور والأسماء والعلامات الأصلية في الموقع. لا تنسخها أو تعيد نشرها أو تستخدمها تجاريًا دون إذن. إذا أرسلت محتوى لطلب أو استفسار أو منشور اجتماعي مصرح به، فيجب أن تملك الحقوق والأذونات اللازمة لاستخدامه وألا ينتهك حقوق الغير أو القواعد الواجبة التطبيق.

الخدمات الخارجية وتوافر الموقع

تعتمد بعض خدمات الدفع والتوصيل والنشر الاجتماعي على جهات خارجية، وتسري عليها شروط وإشعارات خصوصية تلك الجهات. قد نحدّث أجزاء من الموقع أو نوقفها مؤقتًا للصيانة أو الأمن أو لأسباب تشغيلية.

القانون الواجب التطبيق وحقوق المستهلك
